A Full Digital Marketing Strategy

We were first contacted by Trust Motors as they had big growth aspirations and after one year in business they felt there was more they could be doing to sell cars. Trust Motors wanted to have a marketing agency assist with their overall marketing strategy, whilst ensuring what they were doing was building systems to simplify their sales and marketing in house.

Building a custom SilverStripe website

With a range of internal car sales systems, it was important to have a website which ensured they didnt need to continue using spreadsheets for the hundreds of leads being generated each week, whilst updating their website with consistently changing vehicles.

To do this we built a website which had integrations with MotorCentral, Facebook and their new CRM system Pipe Drive.

After building this website we saw the following changes to their marketing:

  • Phone calls increase 45%
  • Cost per conversion decrease 30%
  • Finance Application increase 80%

Video Marketing

From the outset the team wanted to stand out and showcase what they did differently, helping people get into trusted New Zealand owned vehicles! To do this we started off with a video marketing campaign where we did a range of video shoots to showcase their personality alongside the amazing four areas in their showroom.

It was important that we didn't just do a boring video that people would scroll past on social media, as every trip to Trust Motors is full of energy and passion.

Digital Marketing Campaigns

With a focus on finance leads, we built a mixture of Google Ad and Facebook campaigns to drive leads of people not only wanting a car but looking to get the vehicle on finance. We saw a substantial increase in leads as we began optimising the campaigns were each month we have provided reports and reallocated budgets to focus on the platforms performing best.
